Defined Contribution Conversion Analyst

Role
Are you interested in working in a fast paced, evolving organization? The Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) is a member of the Implementation Team responsible for coordinating the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services.
· The review and analysis of the standard payroll needs of the Plan Sponsor to determine accurate fit for desired Fidelity services.
· The DCC will establish all ongoing payroll processing to and from the client’s payroll vendor (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, etc) and Fidelity, as well as define and request payroll systems improvements required for ongoing Plan processing.
The Expertise and Skills We’re Looking For
· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above.
· Strong organizational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal and external partners. The foresight to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.
· Validated problem solving and client management abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to understand the requirements from a client, interpret those requirements and complete a plan to establish the integration to satisfy the requirements.
· Utilization of the Jira platform to request work from internal business partners.
· Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.
· Strong analytical, problem identification skills, problem-solving, .
· Strong organizational/time management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The Team
As part of the Implementation Team, the DCC will participate in the discovery process with the Client, Prior Recordkeeper, and Payroll Vendor to collect all data vital to complete the Implementation or Corporate Action Project. The DCC will act as the primary point of contact for the client on the following Implementation, Reconfiguration or Corporate Action project details: integration of the client’s payroll system with Fidelity. We strive to provide outstanding execution and service throughout the project life cycle.
