The Role
This role will provide high-quality, personalized, and timely support to the Fidelity executive leadership team and will perform a broad range of functions to support and contribute to the efficiency of the company. This includes but is not limited to the following:

- Administrative skills to provide daily support, while simultaneously working on other broader tasks
- Effectively work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who has the initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues and know when to seek clarification or assistance
- Have excellent writing and grammar skills (i.e. for generating and editing memos and emails) and are proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
The Value You Deliver
- Proactively manage executive(s) calendar, understand prioritization of meetings and events, and manage and communicate changes effectively.
- Maintain a “client first” mentality and contribute to an exemplary client experience through all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and confidential execution of requests/tasks.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules (e.g., schedule meetings, and make travel and accommodation arrangements).
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as required.
- Prepare documents for internal and external communications using MS Office (e.g., memos, letters, invoices, financial statements, presentations, emails, reports, and other documents as required).
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners across Fidelity as well as external clients and vendors as needed.
- Undertake/participate in ad hoc projects as directed by management.
- Coordinate logistics of large internal and external meetings and events (food, rooms, AV, hotel room blocks, etc.).
- Attend team meetings and cover for team members when absent.
